Brookdale project is almost done!
Thanks to BHI Group for giving us the chance to work on this challenging project. No surprise that the end result is amazing because of good combination of experience and technical knowledge with innovative architectural design.
Dealing with narrow lots is always challenging and in this case, we had to design a totally custom layout (based on specific needs of client) and with limitation of pre-approved variances in committee of adjustment
