Last week, we had three Committee of adjustment cases.
Three beautiful custom made homes in different areas from Leaside to Lytton Park. The way that Committee panel or neighbors react or judge never gets old, also the excitement of the last battle to conclude months of our hard work.
We put our heart and soul into our projects not only in the design but also in presentation and defense in public hearings. So no surprise for being delighted and ignited when they get approval and being upset and disappointed when they don't. But our projects are like our children and we never ever give up on them.
