This project is a good example of what we always tell that we never give up on any project! Meadowvale project is a cute, bright and smart Single-family dwelling located on a narrow corner lot! It seems unbelievable that this unique project was proposed as of right (no minor variance ) but it is! Our perseverance counting on deep knowledge of zoning by-laws and also the support of clients helped to overcome all obstacles and it's ready for construction. We can't wait to see the finished project.
