As Introduced before, "Joyous Residence" in Forest Hill is a Luxury single-family dwelling with 3 above-grade and 2 below-grade stories. Despite all unthoughtful changes made after the design process, " Joyous" is still One of a kind!
In the past two and a half years, the builder has done everything to represent his design-build company as the architect of the project. Last week we found out they call the project " Wonder House", not knowing that changing its name doesn't change its authorship!
All these efforts to get the design credit show how wonderful, unique and successful this design is. No matter what it's called, "Joyous" will always be our project and no one can claim its architectural design credit and we are so proud of our amazing job!
