We are just back from Committee of adjustment hearing today (May 3, 2018) with 3 approved cases. We put our heart and soul to our designs and although committee is not predictable , we always try our best to present the most defensible and reasonable cases at Committee of adjustment.
This was our first race in May 2018 CoA marathon and we have 3 more coming up in this month.
