Lansing residence is a modern single family dwelling located in a neighborhood that modern design is so common. Although designing a modern house in coverage-based zoning designation is challenging but the result of our design in this project with eye-catching elevation, 2+1 car garage and open concept layout is so different and successful.
Although some adjustments and challenges came up during construction, project manger,Creative Buildings, is doing a great job to build this house
